The Loveland Homeowners Association works closely with the staff and parents’ group at Loveland School. They assist with exterior maintenance projects and social and educational activities for the students. The Association also sponsors a Neighborhood Watch program, publishes a community directory and newsletter, participates in the Omaha Neighborhood Night Out, and the Omaha Spring Clean-Up programs. The Association Board meets monthly and often invites representatives from various city departments to speak on current city issues.

While there are no retail facilities within the community, several grocery stores and shopping centers are a short distance away. Churches and several private/parochial schools are also found in nearby neighborhoods.
