Sonia made the whole process painless and stress-free. She came prepared to our first meeting with a list of comparable homes so we could ensure we priced our home right. She arranged our photographer and even helped me with a bit of staging to ensure our pictures looked marketable to potential homebuyers. Her help paid off because we went under contract within less than 24 hours and got what we had asked for. We did have a little bit of a set back with our roof, but Sonia was able to make a recommendation for an excellent roofer and we got everything taken care of before our close date. Sonia was there whenever I had a question, even if it was during dinner time. She was extremely helpful and calmed my nerves when I was starting to feel stressed. She also helped us with the sale of our new build too and had a lot of good input since she has been through the process herself.
