Omaha’s Move-Up Realtors ~ Nicole & Brian Deprez

Nicole & Brian Deprez have been licensed Realtors since 2005 and with NP Dodge Real Estate since 2007.  For the past 13 years Nicole has been the active face of this dynamic duo.  Brian has joined her full-time and together they are going to continue Moving-Up Omaha’s buyers & sellers.  While Nicole has predominantly worked with buyers & sellers of existing homes she and Brian also have quite a bit of new construction experiences as well.  The new construction experience they have is from sales of new construction homes as well as managing the day to day operations of a new construction company. 

If you are considering buying an investment property, this is a great duo for you.  Nicole and Brian also have experience in investment properties.  They have several of their own investment properties and have worked closely with other buyers at starting their real estate investment businesses. 

Nicole & Brian are both graduates of the University of Nebraska at Kearney.  Nicole is originally from Omaha and Brian is from the Kearney area.  They returned to Omaha after college and have lived here for the last 20+ years.  They have two sons Bryson & Bennett who keep them active driving from baseball to soccer fields and more in between.  When Nicole isn’t busy she is active in their sons’ school’s PTO and her local sorority alumnae group.  Brian also keeps busy running their dumpster company MAC Containers.
