Michelle Sodoro

No stranger to the fast-paced world of real estate, Michelle Sodoro brings a fresh perspective to NPDodge and the Omaha Roots Realty Group. 

Coming of age immersed in the industry, Michelle recalls shadowing her father, Mickey Sodoro, during showings and was quickly drawn to the excitement and intensity of each part of the process. “I grew up watching my father be Mr. Real Estate. I’d watch him show homes, negotiate deals and build relationships with clients. He knew so much about every neighborhood in this city, driving around with him was always like having a tour guide,” Michelle says. “As I grew up, I would come into the office to shadow him on Take Your Child to Work Day and I always learned something new. Real estate is something I always knew I loved. I quickly realized I could devote my life to this industry and be happy. And now I get to carry on my father's legacy in real estate.”

Before joining NPDodge, she deepened her knowledge of buying and selling procedures while investing in properties and worked in Corporate Leasing. Known for her natural ability to connect and converse with people from all walks of life, Michelle is a go getter, trustworthy and a true problem solver. 

“Every day in real estate is thrilling” says Michelle. “As a Realtor, I get to meet so many inspiring, creative people—which is an honor in and of itself—and see the most incredible properties. Each one is a true display of the owner's heart. To top it all off, I am grateful to be able to help my clients make the most important purchase of their life.” 

In her free time, Michelle enjoys spending time with her husband and two young daughters. Michelle is an avid knitter, a member of the Duchesne Alumni Board, volunteer for Christ Child Society of Omaha, and TeamMates Mentor. She and her husband have a goal to travel to all the baseball fields they can possibly squeeze in this lifetime. Her favorite baseball field is Kauffman Stadium.
