Hope Benne

Hi there! Thank you for your time to get to know me a little better! I love what I do and I am blessed to have the opportunity to serve my local rural Nebraska communities. Helping others has forever been an aspiration of mine, and to help other achieve their goals of finding a place of peace and for most individuals that typically leads them back home. I understand not only the value of owning a home or a piece of land and but a place to call your own.

My husband both grew up in small towns, and both value the relationships that have grown over time and decided to bring our family back to the same area we had grown to appreciate. We have married for 18 years with 4 amazing children who keep us busy as well as our loving black lab! I enjoy spending time with my family, watching our kids grow as they inspire me to continue growing and learning everyday!

I've always had a passion to serve others and do it with an honest heart. Previously I served on local village board as well as the Fremont Board of Realtors, and have always been a part of my local chamber of commerce to understand my communities needs and how I can help. I have grown to appreciate those who volunteer their time and service to organizations who serve so many. 

While obtaining my real estate license, I began my career in the industry as the Administrative Assistant for the Ashley Nicole Realty Group. Going through the day to day activities as well as processing sales, gave me a better understanding of the needs of my clients, helping to ensure my clients expectations are met. 

I love being able to work alongside the Ashley Nicole Realty Group, among individuals who are all continuously educating themselves and to effectively negotiate on our clients behalf!
