Born and raised in Omaha, I've witnessed tremendous growth and developments that have continuously uplifted our communities. I proudly carry the legacy of being a 2nd Generation REALTOR, a path paved by my parents.
Educationally, I'm an alumnus of Papillion La Vista High School and hold an Associate of Science degree in Industrial Distribution from Metropolitan Community College. My professional journey began at Kellogg’s, transitioning later to Motion Industries, North America's leading supplier of industrial components. My tenure there sharpened my negotiation skills, handling million-dollar sales contracts and collaborating with major metro companies.
Parallelly, I dedicated my nights and weekends to my brother's construction business, gaining firsthand insights into the intricacies of home-building.
Beyond work, I passionately contribute to charitable organizations, notably the Scottish Rite Freemason, and the Springfield Masonic Lodge, and I'm proud to be Shriner International Hospitals for Children. Additionally, I'm an active member of the Metro Omaha Builders Association and Builders of the Future of Omaha.
Real estate for me transcends beyond mere transactions. It's about guiding clients seamlessly through the process, ensuring they save both time and money. I value honesty and recognize that my reputation is pivotal. As your Realtor, I promise unwavering advocacy, whether you're buying, selling, or building.
For any real estate inquiries or just a chat, I'm merely a call or text away.
Thank you,
Doug Evans
