Dave Anderson

Dave has been a resident of the Omaha metro area since 1989 and in the real estate business since 2005.
Kalee Hergert, my daughter, and her husband Zach Hergert are also licensed agents. Our team, Omaha Home Equity Group, also has another team member, Sara Lewis. Having this team allows us to 'Cover Each Other' if one of us are in an appointment or have another commitment.
The team concept allows for them to better assist their clients by integrating different perspectives and experiences. Our team philosophy is not to be the biggest, but the best by providing you with the best service. Bottom line, we treat you as we would expect to be treated.

As successful real estate agents, Dave and the Omaha Home Equity Group team assist repeat clients as well as many referrals. They also welcome new clients. Our team has been named Outstanding Performers by NP Dodge, and they are also one of the top contributors to Dodge Cares. Dodge Cares distributes funds each year to fifteen local nonprofit organizations. These organizations provide food, shelter and comfort for the homeless, displaced and abused in eastern Nebraska and western Iowa.
Dave enjoys renovating properties and guides clients on repairs and upgrades. He also is an avid racquetball player. Dave volunteered his time as a member of the Nebraska State Racquetball Association for over 30 years. Dave enjoys spending time with his seven grandchildren, all of them residing in the Omaha metro area.
